PDS Health — Figma Training & Workflow Enablement
As part of a larger initiative to modernize PDS Health’s digital workflows, we partnered with their teams to create clearer, more consistent ways of working across creative, authoring, and development disciplines. The goal was to reduce friction, improve handoffs, and enable teams to move faster—using the tools they already had, more effectively.
The Figma Training Program was a key component of this effort, focused not just on tool usage, but on how work moves across teams, how systems connect, and how their multi-brand design system (which we created during the Digital Experience scope of work) can scale without breaking consistency.
