Mayo Clinic Labs – Journey Activation Sizzle Reel

We created a presentation-ready reel for Mayo Clinic Labs to help senior stakeholders quickly understand—and get excited about—the journey activation work our team had been developing. Bringing strategy to life to align stakeholders and sell future work

Designed to feel more like a movie trailer than a traditional deck, the reel translated complex CX strategy and experience opportunities into a clear, visual narrative that aligned leadership and supported future roadmap investment.

The story followed a user’s journey, using product and app concepts to illustrate where automation, personalization, and guided experiences could meaningfully improve engagement. Rather than explaining the strategy abstractly, we showed it in action—making the work tangible, intuitive, and compelling.

  • Led creative vision, narrative structure, and strategic framing

  • Partnered closely with CX to translate journey strategy into design concepts

  • Designed alongside the team and directed an additional designer through execution

  • Ensured clarity, craft, and strategic intent in the final output
